Old Tyme Shop & Ice Cream Parlor

Being a small family business, operated from home with help from Mom and Dad as well as brothers and sisters, we used up all the space in the house and yard with offices, packing rooms, storage sheds and walk in freezers and refrigerators. In the fall of 2010 we moved into our new warehouse, with 2 huge freezers built for the frozen Chile and an area to flame roast all those chilies. That increased our operating area and allows us toexpand the product line, manufacture and distribute more quality types of Chile products under the New Mexican Connection name.
