Great cocktails and charcuterie. We hit this place late afternoon before their evening business picked up. Great place to just relax enjoy a drink and talk with friends.

The Lounge by Rolling Still Distillery is our boutique “tasting room” located in the heart of downtown Taos, New Mexico. Set in a renovated, historic building with a colorful past and exploding with charm, the atmosphere and interior design make it fun to delight in the luxury of a carefully crafted cocktail. The menu highlights special Vodka Infusions that celebrate the flavors and culture of New Mexico, such as Red Chile and a fusion of Ponderosa/Juniper. A great vibe. Great service at the bar or sitting down. Very well made cocktails. Open later than normal for Taos. Of course that also means that it gets a bit crowded as other bars close...

I've visited this lounge a few times now and it's always a lovely experience. There is always plenty of seating inside and on the patio. Cocktails are both refreshing and interesting! Never...

Was in town and was taken here by family. They had some great options they made me a gin mojito with fresh mint. Was an amazing gin and the drink was full of taste. I would recommend this place.

We are in Taos for 1 night and wanted a drink after dinner. Stopped here sat outside and no one spoke to us for 20 min then we gave our drink order and then another 20 min and it was not crowded!...
