After reviewing your annual income we can determine the appropriate payment level. This fee schedule can result in reduced healthcare costs or co-pay. This program has been set up to assist Medicaid eligible pregnant women and their children up to the age of three years. At La Casa Family Health Center, we know how important quality healthcare is for pregnant women and children. If you are ineligible for Families FIRST or Medicaid, you can take advantage of our low-cost comprehensive maternity care program. Payment arrangements can be made over a 9 month period. Proof of income will be needed to determine if you qualify for the sliding fee scale.
