I will try and write this without being to nasty but honestly the only way to describe this office (richmond hill) is unprofessional, unprepared and stupid! The nurses are never on the same page...

I had a bad experience here too. Wait was too long and doctor did not show up on time.

I never recommend this place for physical exam for immigration purpose. One star is even too high for them. I was done the same process 3 years ago simply and quickly at the other doctors office....
