The Adirondack-Glens Falls Transportation Council (A GFTC) is the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for Warren County, Washington County, and the Town of Moreau in Saratoga County, New York, established to facilitate transportation planning and decision-making among municipalities and federal agencies. Since its formation in 1985, A GFTC has worked to allocate federal highway and transit funds to surface transportation projects, ensuring compliance with federal funding requirements for metropolitan areas with populations of 50,000 or more.

A GFTC's mission includes developing a cooperative planning process and producing various documents such as the Long Range Plan and Transportation Improvement Program, which outline strategies for improving roads, bridges, and bicycle-pedestrian connections within the region. The council actively engages in public review processes for project amendments and aims to enhance community connectivity while prioritizing safety and accessibility for residents and visitors alike.
