This place is below average. If you order online for an in store pickup, just add at least 10-20 minutes. Even on the slow days, the service can be super slow. TKs wings are better to be honest.

Always missing items or something is wrong with the order. A large order of Onion rings is only 10 rings. This not the first time it happened. Very disappointing and unsatisfied.

We used to frequent this BBW often over the past few years. Over the past year though, it seems to be spiraling. Its a hot mess. The hostess, who we have encountered many times, is... something....

Took over an hour to get our appetizers. I understand being backed up but this was ridiculous. You would think the waitress would at least be sorry for the delay, but you would be wrong.
