Albert Ortega, Ph.D.

Dr. Albert Ortega, Ph.D., completed his doctoral training at SUNY-University at Albany, and was a member of the Robert J. McCaffrey Neuropsychological Laboratory while enrolled there. He completed his internship/externship at the St. Louis VA/SLU Medical Center-Department of Neurology. He completed his two-year post-doctoral residency at Hilltop Manor of NY-Rehabilitation Services of New York-Certified subacute TBI Program. He has previously been the Clinical Discipline coordinator for Psychology Services/ and TBI Program Director for Northwoods Rehabilitation. He has also been a Senior Psychologist/Psychology Program Manager at John Umstead Hospital, NC. Dr. Ortega has been providing Neuropsychology services for this hospital since 2008.
