The Antique Boat Museum is a freshwater boat museum in the state of New York. The museum was established to display a collection of boats, related artifacts, documents and information enhancing the public s appreciation and understanding of the region's nautical heritage. The museum collects, preserves, studies and interprets objects related to the history of small craft throughout North America, with emphasis on the St. Lawrence River and the surrounding area. The museum also provides a research facility, encourage research, publications, educational programs and public events related to the nautical history of the area. It organizes an annual antique boat show and offer products such as audio visuals, boat plans, boat show posters, books, clothing and festival posters through its gift store.
