Auntie Anne's

Went for my t-mobile Tuesday pickup. The wait wasn't too bad. The pretzel tasted decently fresh. The storefront is small so not a lot of space to stand around except out the door.

Pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and icream, so ymmy. Employees were so friendly and were even giving out fist bumps and ice creams to my Gwennie. Love it!

Horrible! I have been to several Aunt Annie's locations across the Brooklyn and NYC area and this is the worst one I've ever been to. The customer service was downright terrible. I'm a black male...

Two things. Price must have went up because I don't remember paying $7 for a roll. It's not even hot to the point that when I put a fork it melts apart. It's sweet and good but wish it was warmer...

Slim pickins - Cinnabon had most options available. Pretzels, not so much. Barely anything to choose from. Wait for another flavor was told to be an 8 minute wait to the customer in front of me....
