The elevators are constantly broken. There are currently 2 working elevators in a building that has over 33 floors. This is unacceptable!

This place sucks. Elevators are always broken, and the admin staff is rude. Maintenance and the front desk must bear the brunt of the resident's fury while the people at fault hide like cowards....
