They ended up refunding my money for the tickets to the warming lounge. Still really sucks that I didn't see the ball drop but at least I got my money back.

So when you want to see the ball drop you shouldn't have to drop your Patience and anger . What I mean by that is there's a huge huge line to even get in this overpriced bar with barely any seats...

Oversold the event, so no seating on a cruise ship after paying $250 per ticket. Food and drinks were terrible. A 5 year old could have done a better job planning an event than this.
