It's a bank! I trust them with my money. That's good! So far I haven't had any issues with this location other than the occasional broken ATM. Other than that, I can say banking here is reliable...

convenient location only Southtown Plaza is the pits. They really need to do something about the roadway but overall, Bank Of America location here is secure and efficient.

I have banked with BOA for many many years with multiple accounts but had a situation I felt totally unsupported in as a long standing customer and that my integrity as customer was questionable....

Nicest people ever, was writing a large check and was expecting a bit of a hassle but they were as cooperative and helpful as anyone anxious like myself could hope for.
