The call center is useless.. Unless you like staying on hold.. Calling the bank or going to the bank to resolve an issue...they tell you to call the main customer service center.. If you like...

I recently visited Bank of America in Huntington and was quite pleased. The manager Christina Reyes was so professional and was just a pleasure. She was so very helpful and eased my concerns.
