This "park" is basically just an encapsulation for the bell tower, a stretch of side walk for people to walk on so visitors aren't standing in the street. It's quite pretty and is one of those...

It's nice they turned this round-about near the highway into a little park but calling it a park is stretching it a bit. It does have a bunch of nice flowers planted around the circle and a bunch...
