About Bob Sullivan, principal and founder, started Belmont more than twenty years ago as a small landscaping company. Today, Belmont has grown to include land design, installation and landscape management divisions-serving homeowners as well as corporations and private schools. Belmont is based in Cross River, New York. As principal and founder, Bob is responsible for operations management and client relations, insuring that Belmont continually provides superior service. Having grown up in Westchester's horse county, Bob is well-versed with the "look" and expectations of the towns surroundings his boyhood home. After graduating from the Harvey School and attending St. Lawrence University, he apprenticed with leading builders and landscapers in the area. Knowing he could independently provide the services that residents expect, he decided to found Belmont Land Design
