Benjamin S Silver, MD

Stephanie Jou, MD is a board-certified non-invasive cardiologist who specializes in advanced cardiovascular imaging at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn-Methodist Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. Her clinical interests include preventive cardiology, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, women’s cardiovascular health, and the application of cardiovascular imaging, including echocardiography, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, nuclear stress testing, and vascular ultrasound. In addition to seeing patients in her outpatient clinic, Dr. Jou provides inpatient care in the cardiac telemetry unit and consultative cardiology service. She is committed to providing patient-centered and evidence-based medicine to ensure her patients receive the highest quality, comprehensive care. Dr. Jou earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at NYP-Columbia University Irving Medical Center and her fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Jou then completed additional training in Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging at Mount Sinai Hospital, during which she gained expertise in cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and cardiac PET.

Dr. Arun Jesudian is a Professor of Clinical Medicine and a Transplant Hepatologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell, where he currently serves as the Director of Liver Quality and Inpatient Liver Services. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology.He earned his BA from the University of Virginia where he was an Echols scholar and his MD from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He then completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College as well as advanced fellowship training in Transplant Hepatology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University.Dr. Jesudian’s clinical and research focus is in improving the outcomes of patients with cirrhosis and particularly those who require hospitalization. He serves on several national committees where he has been tasked with developing practice guidelines and quality measures pertaining to liver disease. He has been an investigator in numerous clinical trials and a frequently invited speaker. Dr. Jesudian has published over 50 peer-reviewed manuscripts and serves on the editorial board of the journal Liver Transplantation. An avid medical educator, he has mentored many medical students, residents and fellows in Hepatology. He has also received honorary fellowships from the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (FAASLD), the American Gastroenterological Association (AGAF) and the American College of Gastroenterology (FACG).
