About Paul Oil Back in 1935, Paul Oil Company was founded by Robert Paul. For 42 years Robert Paul operated the business offering dependable and reliable service to his customers. Paul Oil would not be what it is today without the influence and leadership of Willard Fuller. Willard started at Paul Oil in 1956, and eventually became president in 1983. Willard brought his much loved personality and unique stamp to the company. He always looked out for the customer, and worked hard to make sure Paul Oil was a warm friend, often helping with deliveries when help was short. Willard retired in 2003, having served our customers for over 47 years! Enter Jerry Fuller. Jerry has the business in his blood you could say, and stepped up when his Uncle Willard was ready to step down. Jerry continues the work of getting to know each customer and helping them with their heating questions and concerns. A lot has changed since the early days Paul Oil. We have grown from a handful of customers to over 1400. We now offer price protection programs, budget plans, automatic delivery, and we are there for our customers when they need fuel 365 days a year. While we may grow and expand our business, we have never forgotten our roots of providing superior service to all our customers. We are proud to be big enough to offer 24/7 emergency delivery service, but small enough to be responsive and personal. Paul Oil makes its slogan come alive when it says "We make warm friends."
