Boccia Inc. has worked across Long Island and the five boroughs of New York City, waterproofing and restoring basements, balconies, parking garages, plaza decks, and facades. In 1984, they received a patent for their basement waterproofing system, which is used across the country. Their expertise in brick restoration and waterproofing was called upon for the restoration of the landmark Jones Beach Tower.
