Dr. Wynatte Chu believes everyone can have a beautiful, healthy smile. And each smile is unique in and of itself. It is a journey and an adventure to achieve that smile and Dr. Chu is there to guide her patients along the way. Dr. Chu has two convenient office locations. One is in New York City, right between Chinatown and Tribeca, with easy access to public transportation. The other location is in Westport, CT.Born in New York City and raised in Westport, Dr. Chu has deep roots in the communities she serves. She moved into the family business and practiced alongside her father, Dr. Naitan Chu for a number of years immediately after dental school. She is now the sole practitioner in her familys practice.After earning her bachelors degree at Mount Holyoke College, she completed graduate studies in molecular biology and genetics at Long Island University where she was inducted into the Beta Gamma Chapter of the Phi Sigma Biological Honor Society.In 2004, she completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University, College of Dentistry, followed by additional studies in advanced techniques and technology, including Invisalign, soft tissue lasers, and dental implants.Dr. Chu is an active member of several professional societies, including:The American Dental AssociationThe Academy of General DentistryThe American Academy of Cosmetic DentistryThe American Academy of Implant DentistryThe New York State Dental AssociationThe Connecticut State Dental AssociationDeeply committed to her patients health and treatment objectives, Dr. Chu believes in providing patients with the education and information they need to play an active role in their oral health.
