Younger Than Last Year is a lifestyle and community hatched in the mind of personal fitness instructor Robert Troch. After years of training groups and individuals in different modalities, Robert noticed that there was a lack of consistent fitness and nutrition advice for those who wanted to reconnect with their younger selves. So he decided to fill the gap - not only for his students but also for himself because at the time he had just entered into his early fifties. Online, we have a website, Facebook page, and Youtube page that dole out easy-to-understand advice on mindset, nutrition, and bodyweight exercise. Offline, we run a small fitness studio in Brooklyn, New York, allowing Robert to lead one-on-one and group fitness sessions out of the space. But we're just getting started!
