mountain is good but the rental process is very very bad. was denied rentals for my helmet. had to go wait in the 40 min plus line and ruined our ski day for a mistake that they made also...

I live around here and I can say if you need a local ski resort Bristol is very good at giving you a good ski feeling with good terrain parks and runs. Sometimes hills can be very badly iced...

Terrible website. Bought 2 tickets to ski lift and it didn't give me an email. Went to guest services and they didn't have the tickets. Complete bs. Do not come here
