Rude and distasteful on the phone, if they start with an attitude how do I trust them towing my vehicle. Customer service at least on the phone needs some work

They are honest and friendly. I'm glad I had my car towed here. They did an excellent job. I can't even tell where my car hit. The work here is quality and great!
