Whitesboro Middle School serves students in grades seven and eight. Its curriculum includes classes in math, science, physical education, social studies and technology applications. The school also offers the English as a Second Language program. It has guidance and speech departments. Whitesboro Middle School provides various sports activities, including football, basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis, wrestling, golf, softball, and track and field. The school operates debate, chess, drama, newspaper, yearbook and open studio clubs, as well as a student council. It provides membership opportunities in the National Junior Honor Society. Whitesboro Middle School has a parent-teacher organization that supports various fundraising events. It is governed by the Whitesboro Central School District.
