Chase Bank

Went there on a Sunday I needed to get papers notarized that were very time sensitive and no other bank on 13th Avenue would help me even my own bank. Bank of America. Thank you CHASE ! Your awesome.

The never pick up the phone not responsible at all The chase bank have to hire more people because that's not professional when Customer calling nobody answer

THEY are a horrible bank branch to get a hold of on the phone , no one ever picks up all you get is a recording to try later , and no one picks up again , in 2017 to have such bad customer service...

I have been there a few times, but only used the ATM machines, never walked in the bank and never spoke to the personal in there. But judging by the experience from other branches it should be...

They don't answer their phone whatsoever - the system just says to call back later and disconnects. Very disappointing.
