Came in to upgrade my high school checking account. Banker Hazel Nazario came to help me and she was the sweetest! She is very welcoming to everyone that walks in.

I've been banking with Chase since 1988 (Chemical Bank back then) because of Direct Deposit. A bulk of my money is here. So much so I'm a Sapphire customer. Still waiting on my free safe deposit...

It's not a busy bank however even if you want to just print out your statements except at least 20 mins wait. Customer service could be a lot better
