Nancy de Jesus is the best relationship banker I have had at chase she is super sweet and always helpful! I love coming to this bank as a whole it's very seasoned and ran well!

I will give 0 stars if possible the worst costumer service I was there for almost 2 hours and nobody ask if you need help or anything, chase should train better their employees.

Unlocked front entrance lobby has a very strong piss smell at all times. Parking lot layout is atrocious. No drive up ATM and always long lines.
