This location is the first City Winery in a non-major city and features the converted mill, which has been carefully restored to showcase its unique history with hydro-electric power. Yeah, no. If you are booking the place for a couple of hundred people on a potentially hot day in July you might want to look elsewhere. The place looks gorgeous but with it only marginally better...
