The instructors are absolutely amazing! Each one has their own style of teaching, which works out an array of different muscles. I love this studio as well as it's constantly well kept and cozy.

I take Maria O-G's classes only. She's the best at this studio imo. I have my 2 favorites in the Bayside branch too. Studio is always cool and clean. Plenty of parking in lot too.
