Jeff S. Silber, MD, DC, is a Full-Time Academic Spine Surgeon in the Northwell Health System He is Associate Chairman and Chief of Orthopaedic Spinal surgery at LIJ. He holds the academic position as Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Hofstra Medical School. He is extremely active in educating orthopedic residents and medical students. He specializes in degenerative spinal surgery in a multi-disciplinary setting. He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed scientific articles and has written over 20 textbook chapters on spinal related topics. He completed his orthopaedic residency training at the University of Pennsylvania and then a combined orthopaedic and neurosurgical Spine Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.

Andrew Goodwillie, M.D specializes in Sports Medicine and has practiced orthopaedic surgery in the Great Neck area since 2012. He holds the academic title of Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Dr. Goodwillie earned his medical degree from New York University after completing his undergraduate degree at Yale University. He then completed an orthopedic surgery residency at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson, followed by a Sports Medicine fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital where he was an integral part of the medical staff for the New York Jets (NFL) and New York Islanders (NHL). Dr. Goodwillie is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who addresses a wide range of athletic injuries with detailed assessment and care; including acute tendon and ligament injuries, chronic tendon and overuse injuries, sprains/strains, fractures, and any other sports injuries. He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons as well as the Arthroscopy Association of North America. He is dedicated to leadership and education in orthopaedic surgery, and is a published educator at the local, regional and national level. Dr. Goodwillie practices as an attending surgeon at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center and North Shore University Hospital where he promotes a comprehensive and individualized approach to patient care. He recognizes the importance of shared decision making with his patients and practices state of the art surgical procedures. His passion for the treatment of athletes is exemplified by his current position as the team orthopedist for Hofstra University (NCAA DI) and multiple local high schools, as well as previously acting as a team physician for the New York Cosmos (NASL) and New York Lizards (MLL).

Dr. Rokito is the Division Chief of Sports Medicine in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Northwell Health. He is the physician leader of the Sports Medicine Executive Committee for Northwell Health. He is also an Assistant Professor at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra Northwell.Dr. Rokito completed his doctorate at Boston University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency at NYU Langone Hospital for Joint Diseases, followed by a sports medicine fellowship at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Southern California. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also Sports Medicine Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is an active member of the Arthroscopy Association of America (AANA).Dr. Rokito has been in practice for over 20 years and his philosophy of patient care is empathic care with expertise. His patient population ranges from little leaguers to professionals and adolescents to seniors. His clinical interests are acute traumatic, overuse, and degenerative conditions of the shoulder, elbow and knee using nonoperative and state of the art operative treatment, when necessary. Common shoulder conditions treated include, but are not limited to, instability problems, rotator cuff, and arthritis. Common elbow conditions treated are tendinopathies and tendon and ligament ruptures. Common knee conditions treated include meniscus tears, ligament ruptures, articular cartilage injuries and arthritis. He participates in clinical research and his work has led to publications in peer reviewed journals and multiple presentations at regional, national, and international meetings. He is a frequent instructor at AANA meetings and teaches the latest techniques to orthopaedic surgeons. Dr. Rokito has been an associate team orthopaedist for the New York Islanders for the past 14 years, as well as the head team physician for the Long Island Ducks for the past 25 years. He also oversees the Northwell Health Sports Medicine Program which provides coverage and certified athletic trainers to 16 local high schools. In addition, Dr. Rokito was most recently the recipient of the 2019 Achievement in Orthopaedics Award at Northwell Health.
