Just got a letter they closed this location as of Dec 1st. 2017. Of cause the letter was dated nov15th just received dec15th. I hope they finally correct the problems with the front desk staff....

The staff here are beyond unprofessional. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 4:30 pm on a Thursday. The week of my appointment they leave a voicemail on my spouse's cell phone number...
