Dream Dance Fitness

History

Opening a studio has been a dream for the owners since we started dancing. We opened the studio in 2014 and it has been growing ever since with the help of the studio's community. This is an adventure that we hope you'll come along and enjoy the ride. We want other people to feel liberated through dance and fitness, in a place where they can feel safe and part of a supportive community. Dream Dance Fitness, Inc. is a space created for people to get connected with themselves and one another, and to feel confident, not only in dance and fitness, but also in every day life. Specialties

Dream Dance Fitness has certified instructors who will teach you how to dance and get fit. We have aerial classes such as pole dance, aerial hoop, pole fabrics, fitness classes such as sculpting, buns and guns, yoga, flexibility, exercise ball, and more, plus dance classes such as belly dance and zumba. We offer specialty workshops every month and want you to find the environment we create a comfortable one, where you learn to dance and get fit at the same time.
