I ordered a large pumpkin hot coffee and there was no pumpkin flavor at all, no cream, and no sugar at all. It was basically a black hot coffee.

Not impressed. I like my coffee hot and black and preferably straight out of the pot. However I don't like burnt coffee that contains grounds, and that is what I got.
