Just take a look at the photo I put and see how bad this place is. It's very self-explanatory They made me wait for 20 mins for that thing. Worst Dunkin' I've ever been to.

Tiny location that you can barely fit into. Kind of grimy and worn looking. Could definitely use a refurbishing. Dropped by this morning and had to wait on line a bit to get a coffee and donut....

Always ready for me when you order ahead. Good ratio on lattes, I always order one pump less to make sure it's not too sweet. Neighborhood staple.

first time at this location. maybe not dirty but dingy, unpleasant vibe. But that's not the reason for one star. ordered a jelly donut for my wife, who has had around1000 dunkin jelly donuts...
