Went there 7/6 and 7/7 after they remodeled and the food and coffee is worse now then it was before,so I quess I'll be going back to Bryne Dairy

Customer service is terrible. Very rude when not needed. Made my drink wrong when it clearly said on the label what needed to be in it. When someone doesn't know what something is, educate them...

The employees were extreamly rude and not fast with no sense of ergency whatsoever. They were completely wiped of all ingredients and products they were serving.

I do not recommend. If I was truly hungry and there weren't any other options, then maybe I would go back. Not only is it part of the corporate machine, but the service is slow and poor as well....
