Got my drink and waited 20 minutes for my food but it never came out. I had to get to work and the employees kept claiming that "it will be out soon" while the orders coming out were placed well...

Today I ordered on the app, a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles and this is what I got. Where are the sprinkles ?! There's like 5 on the side ?!
