El chicharrón aquí ta' bien duro. Súper crujiente por fuera, jugoso por dentro, con ese sazón dominicano que se siente desde el primer bocado. Se nota que lo hacen fresco y sin inventos raros.

The chicharron (with bone) here is delicious. They are sold by the pound, and the staff weighs your portion and chops it up for you. The tatas are great as well.
