Our screen printing department uses automatic cylinder presses with UV curing to replace conventional solvents while our die-cutting department uses both conventional hand fed presses and our new automatic high speed die cutter to meet all of our production needs. In addition, all of our plastic molding, forming and extrusion is done on state-of-the-art equipment with custom tooling to ensure quality parts. Skilled workers do all final assembly, packing and shipping. Our facility in metropolitan New York has been recently updated to make it super efficient and with an eye toward ecological concerns, making it lean and green.
