Atrocious customer service and communication. I brought a case to them almost 18 months ago regarding my mother being mistreated in a nursing home and all they did was waste a year-plus of my time...

I am extremely disappointed in the correspondence with this company and the handling of my case lawyers extremely drag there feet on case and do not communicate with clients I would not recommend...
