Flor de Sol

Chef Frank Castro serves nostalgic dishes with his deft culinary signature as well as modern creative interpretations of Spanish cuisine. We have an extensive tapas menu and also serve a full service dinner. One of our signature dishes is the Paella Valenciana - lobster, scallops, mussels, clams, chicken, shrimp, and Spanish sausages with saffron rice. Pair this savory dish with one of the wines from our carefully selected list or with our famous secret-recipe sangria. The decor is reminiscent of a baroque Spanish castle and brings to mind stories of unrequited gothic romances - intimate, sexy and candlelit with an air of mystery. Flor de Sol features live entertainment on Wednesdays from 7:30pm to 10:30pm.
