We softly opened on November 6th and are easing ourselves into this new venture. Come tell us what you think and watch as we develop into something even more special, unique and delicious.

Here at Gardiner Liquid Mercantile we are not only a bar, a restaurant, and a store, but also a distillery producing our own spirits right here in the Hudson Valley. Our main goal is to showcase our products and the bounty of the area for enjoyment here at our Farm Bar, or to take home from our Mercantile.
