GCBW is a craft brewery which is housed in an old machine shop. The shop was renovated to keep the industrial feel while being warm and inviting. We offer small plates, salads, burgers, hot dogs, sausages, and bratwurst. All of our proteins are prepared on an Argentinian style wood fired grill. We have 20 beer taps with a sample of our own brews complimented by beers from other breweries.
