very chill but popular williamsburg bar. great spot for a casual night out. drinks were reasonably priced and they even offered free popcorn. pool table in back is a great addition

History
George and Jacks occupies the former Brooklyn Ale House. We opened up after they closed in 2014 and a brief renovation. We have an even bigger bar with more taps and seating and the addition of a game room.

Loud enough that you gotta yell to flirt, cheap enough that you won't mind buying the next round. Fast drinks, no drama, perfect dive. 10/10 would shout over the jukebox again.

This was a neat tap room. I loved all of the miscellaneous little things they had all over the bar, like the old-fashioned library lamp, a dart board, chalkboard, popcorn machine, taxidermy, etc....
