100% scam. The images below explain that it was a $3000 charge for a service that was quotes at $402. They were extremely rude and unprofessional over text and refused to ever answer their phone....

FRAUD. NOT A REAL SHIPPING COMPANY. Said they were shipping my puppy. Site looks legit. Wanted an additional $900 in pet insurance (said it would be refunded upon delivery).
