These bagels are amazing; perfectly soft and tender inside, chewy crust outside, and great flavor. They freeze well too. I've been to most bagel places in the county, and these are my fave.

The bagels are good but sniff the service stinks. I asked them to toast the bagel and they told mye why it's already warm? Because that's the way I like it and asked for it! Soup Nazi PTSD....

The Asian guy working there has poor customer service skills. He was very rude. They didn't allow me to order because I had a service dog.
