I live in one of the penthouses in this building, they are amazing until your renting, after you sign the contract and move in the stress start, AC/Heating system noise in a point you wake up in...

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Absolutely horrific leasing experience. I was shown an apartment that was no longer available yesterday, put in the application and everything only to hear from my broker today...
