Reserved a car online, Sunday during long weekend first thing in the morning pickup, Hertz valet guy wouldn't take a tip, out within 5 mins with the exact right car. Same quick drop on return....

Even though I paid in advance I had to wait 4 hours for my car. The same thing happened a few months later. Do not rent from Hertz on West 83rd Street
