Originally located in the village of Highland, the office moved to its present location in 2010. Dr. Bywater has been an optometrist for over 25 years and is an affiliate of TLC Laser Eye Center. Most vision and medical plans are accepted and the practice has a large frame showroom. Highland Optometry has evening appointments and is open most Saturdays. Contact lens services and walk-in emergency eye care is also provided. .
