This was our last night before flying back home. We visited Buffalo downtown and Martin House. The front desk was nice to check us in early and provide us with recommendation to visit Canalside....

Generally the stuff is new but some minor issues like the fireplace did not work and had to contact front desk. The front desk guy seem bothered.. shady work by contractor leaving gaps in outlets...

Regular traveler here and I've stayed here twice. Will not be staying again as this hotel has some serious issues. The biggest is the argument I get over county taxes as a tax-exempt business...

Angelot was extremely helpful and will be returning soon! Had a two bedroom two bath suite which was great for a family of 4. All the staff was friendly
