Hope Care Management

Founded in 1946, Cardinal McCloskey Services is a nonprofit, nonsectarian, social service agency that serves more than 3,000 children, families and developmentally disabled consumers each year in the state of New York. The agency provides a range of services through over 15 different programs at nearly 15 sites throughout the Bronx and Westchester and Rockland counties. Cardinal McCloskey Services employs more than 450 individuals. The agency is funded through service contracts with New York City's Administration for Children's Services, Rockland County's Department of Social Services, and Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities. Cardinal McCloskey Services is affiliated with the Day Care Council of New York City, Foster Family-Based Treatment Association, and Council of Family and Child Caring Agencies.
