Would not recommend at all. Horrible customer service. Made several high dollar charges on my account and they don't respond to your email if you try contacting them about civilly

Wonderful little place, nice roof top bar. I don't know why the bad reviews. staff is polite, rooms are clean.. small but it's Manhattan. I was there this passed weekend left happy and tipsy....
